The member of our group actively participates in executing their role and also supporting the maintenance role, so that the system works fine and the groups supports each other in a systematic manner.

At some point in the project, Yes, we or other group members gain motivation as creating a sharp website which satisfied our needs for belonging, self esteem and self actualization, as social exchange theory might predict. Because when we create a sharp website which is capable to satisfied our needs /requirements, it helps in our self actualization, thus it makes us to feel proud on our or other groups’s capability and competency levels, which so high that we can execute the required work for our system. The motivation is mainly due to the positive result of website creation as a function of our or other group members technical competency and hard works.

5. Yes, the members of our group experience symbolic convergence by creating a company, electing officers, writing a company description and mission statement, and creating a website, because it unites them and form a symbolic convergence in the group.
