rt Answer Anonymous answered this 91 answers xb 1 | was this answer helpful? 0 What a person will feel the best scenario to work in will depend on many faqtors related to his mental approach, s lifestyle, his financial conditions, family background and responsibilities, his qualifications and experience etc In my scenario i would be comfortable in taking a job with a high profile and handsome salary, most probably in a multi national company. These companies work on an organised manner, have the jobs and positions described properly, have new challenges to face based on global basis which gives more exposure and experience of the work. They have set rules for timing, work load, incentives, other facilities given to the employees like medical, accomodation, travel expenses. These companies hold big names in the world of business and are strong enough to create a risk of closing down due to market pressures or other reasons. The technologies in these companies are upgraded to the latest trends which will help me to get introduced to new methods of handling work in an efficient and professional manner. The companies are big and the employees are hired in huge numbers. This gives an exposure to work in large groups like a team an learn a lot from our colleagues and seniors. The rules and norms are set and proper job designation is done which makes the operation systematic and avoids any delays in internal operations as well as external production. For example, salaries are given on time with proper additons of perks bonuses and other incentives. The policies and job descriptions are predefined and clear which makes i easy for the employees to understand what they are working from and what the job requires from them. It gives a good experience on a whole which can open up chances for applying to new and m challenging jobs in the country and abroad also. Rewards, incentives, perks and promotions are openly offered for any extra ordinary performance given which increases the morale of the employees a motivates to give the best of our talents and calibre to our work These are the reasons I would find working for a multinational company the most suitable scenario t > 6:35 PM 1/19/2018

Explanation / Answer

I like how you seem to be very clear about how you would like to work in an MNC, given it’s benefits in structure and salary. However, in my opinion it is also important to mention what type of roles you seek to carry out there. Expressing interest in working in a type of an organisation only means that you have a very broad and general overview of your career goals. However, considering that there are hundreds of roles that one can carry out in an MNC itself, it makes sense for me to give more weightage to that because everyone in the organisation is not going to be doing the same thing.
