The correct option here in this case is “d” which is “all of the above”

2. Zero based budgeting is the process of doing budgeting where all the expenses must be justified for each new period. Here every function would be analyzed with the cost associated with it. It starts from the Zero base.

It is not the case of budgeting First-time meetings, where no meeting budget history is available as it does not have the impact from the previously budgeted data. The previous information’s or historical records are not used in this budgeting. It actually budget about what is needed in coming time duration regardless of previous budget. Hence the option b is false.

It is not the bottom of the range of the line items where a range on actual amounts has been calculated. This is because the budget starts with Zero amount. It does not specify any bottom range. Hence the option c is false.

The actual expenses less the actual income then the positive value obtained which shows that the budget is over budget. Hence the option d is false.

As per the Zero budget definition stated above the option a is true which states that “A budget where all line items begin at zero and are tracked towards 100”.

3.There are many plans with the hotel and travel industry. These are American plan, European plan, voucher plan, continental plan etc. These plans cover the different facility.

Voucher plan is the plan used for providing the benefits regarding the services offered by the industry such as concession in travel fare, places of visits discount, free meals added to the main process etc. So, it does contain only the beneficiary parts in the limited amount. Hence the option b is false.

European Plan is the plan which covers only the room rent but not the meals. Hence the option c is false.

North American plan is not for the person it is for animals hence the option d is false.

So, the plans cover room rates and a set, daily credit per person that may be used at any outlet within the facility is the full pension plan or Full American Plan. This plan covers the all the facility apart from the main course.

Hence the option a is correct that is " Full American Plan".
