Let us assume that there are 20 students in the class including me. All the students getting involved in the project are from the same class and they all know about project management and their role in completing this project. As a leader, first I will decide the timeline for this project and create milestones to be achieved. Let us assume that we have one month to complete the project. Then we need to create milestones for research, creating content, web development, User experience, and end product. We need to divide the group of 20 into 5 teams and the number of students in each team varies according to the needs of the work. I would use 6 students to work on the research and data collection part and give them a timeline of 1 week. Then the content writing team will have 3 students with a timeline of 1 week again. The Web development team will have 4 students and they will start the work from day one and make changes every day to make the website look perfect. The user experience team will have 2 students and they will have to do research and identify best practices to make the website user-friendly also have very effective to use. They will have a timeline of 4 days. The end product team will have the remaining students and their job is to collect the data from every team and put it on the website with the help of the web development team. They will have a timeline of 4 days. The remaining 2 days of the month goes to testing and the web development team will make sure that the website works fine before the release. I will manage all the above-mentioned activities from day one and make sure we deliver a quality website.
