Tide has 22 % of Market share and Snuggle has 5% market share. Tide has done perfect advertisement in tradition and digital wise as well but Snuggle is not good in digital media. I would suggest to for digital marketing so that people will never forget.
2. Target Market. Target market can be USA and India, where they can do more sales. We can target females in USA and India. Especially housewives. We can focus on Digital platform.
3 Product reviews are really good that means people are happy with the product. Now We have to focus on the places where the market can be tapped. Andhra pradesh, kerla and sikkim has low market share. So I suggest focussing on those places. The fragrance of the snuggles is better than any other company till date.
