As for a business analysyt, we developed a statement of the problem in the language of the problem, in the next paragraph i tried to explain the "Statement of the problem owner’s vision of the situation after the problem is solved." The company is a software company, that develops solutions for home builders. I feel like im off on the vision part and would like help.

Statement of the Problem in the Language of the Proble The overall problem that the homebuilders face is caused by the high range of customization that is available to the customers. This causes an increased amount of time wasted on implementing customer data. Home builders currently must use a series of tedious forms to transcribe all of the customers data. These are then stored in database files that take up a can take up large amounts of storage. If there are any necessary changes that must be made to the customer's file, the home builders must locate file and make these changes to multiple forms. This process can lead to inconsistencies and mistakes with customer orders and can ultimately lead to substantial loss in time and revenue Statement of Problem Owner's Vision After the problem has been solved the owner will possibly consider taking all the requirements of the customers before the construction process. The owner may also not entertain any customizations once the construction is completed, therefore the time invested as well as effort into the remodeling, was put into construct and may possibly be getting wasted

Once the idea of customized homes are well presented, these are described to the owners, and only after due deliberation the requirements are frozen. In this duration the cost estimations are also provided for the customization. Owners might accept the ideas but might not be ready for the estimated cost, which leads to delay and on many occasions lead to scrapping of the customization leading to wastage of effort of all parties. And there is a possibility, when the customizations are ready on physical dimensions they are not as likable, and owners might dislike their own versions. To address such issues softwares are to be designed, which will reduce time, save effort and provide visibility to the customizations.
