d. Sandra asks DR. Rosenberg to talk to DR. Griffith as he was the one who asked the appointments to be cancelled but he ignored her plead.
e. She talked to DR. Griffith who also ignored her pleads in order to prevent a heated discussion between him and DR. Rosenberg.
f. Sandra complained to the regional manager who assured her she would discuss the matter with both the doctors but the issue was never brought up.
g. This made Sandra quit her job and submit a two weeks notice.
2. The management should allow her opinions to be raised with both the doctors in order for the conflicts to be resolved because Sandra was not at fault here. It is up to the management to see to it that proper conduct is followed in the practice.
3. The legal obligations that the clinic has to its employees include for them to be given a fair treatment and for them to allow a fair investigation into the matter before assigning the blame, not bothering about the rights of the employee. This goes against good management values and could have legal ramifications if Sandra decided to Sue her employers.
4. It is not feasible in this case. Sandra will not let go of this matter without a fair investigation being done and the manager does not want to be involved between the two doctors. if I had to handle the situation while retaining Sandra as an employee, I would have directly contacted the two doctors and have a fair trial and investigation done to resolve the conflict.
