Her primary responsi- bility is to manage the acquisition of the services and materials requested by al . All three senior buyers applied for the director of purchasing posi tion. The senior buyers frequently had lunch with some of the larger lawn care suppliers. Within the first few weeks on the job, she found it difficult to do her ork well and decided to take action.
