United nations was born in 1945 as a body for maintaining international peace after the second world war. United Nation is responsible for maintaining fees at the international standards. United Nation Council is the primary responsebody for international peace as well as the security. By preventing conflict between different countries and providing a free body of Justice to the rising conflicts between two country is the main job of United Nations. Creating a better environment for international relations as well as holding and maintenance of bonds and relations between countries is also an essential task.
Protecting the Human Rights across international borders and successfully delivery of the humanitarian aid to the international borders is also a job of United Nations with which they improve the overall international situations. Holding the international laws for maintaining conflicts between different countries as well as International bodies is also an essential part of United Nations
By using these following factors and implementations, united Nations work for maintaining the world peace.
If I was a conducting business with a Foreign customer I would have implementing following clauses into my contract.
Clarifying the identification of proper authority in jurisdiction for the governing law cause is very essential as it would provide a better support for the conflicts and would reduce the overall expenses being paid at a different country for the jurisdiction.
By adding a clause mentioning about the jurisdiction as well as governance at your comfortable province would be very beneficial for the organisation to avoid any kind of international implication of different laws.
Implementing a dispute resolution close to avoid the international mishap and to reduce the overall disputes as well as having a referee in the specific case could be avoided.
Definitely foreign corrupt practices act is at a disadvantage when doing the business internationally. International business laws regarding to the different country changes drastically where the foreign corrupt practices act does not work or have a very limited options for the implementation. It can only control the incoming business related matters at a very large scale but does not really affect the outgoing business are the laws applicable on the specific type of business is usually affected by the transferring country.
