If we can start from the basic level. What actually workforce diversity is. It is differences happend in the diverse group in workfore in an organization.

Hence on behalf of these parts we can able to draw a perfect diagram about diversity. In google it is very structured idea about diversity. It is very much importent part in any organization. Now we can see importence of diversity.
