Q1. The roles and responsibilities of the Employees to extend the risk management documents which framed the safety rules at the time of crises or Disasters:

1. Should know the way of the Staires or emergency Exit At the time of Disasters.

2. A risk Management team is to be created o trained at the time of Mishappening to take care of the staff , comunicating the situation, keep records of an employees. etc.

3. The risk management team should take the Safety measures about the accidents happens in factory such periodically check the wires, power, smoking near Chemicals or inflammable materials should be avoided, Pressure vessels, high voltage equipments, insulations are properly guarded.

4. The Local Cititizens were Forcefully got job without wages, the human traffiking is increased due to it, many girls were sold to other countries, child labor is increased.

5. the government knows and declared several areas high affected aresa still no provisions was made for the residents about a year or so.
