Talking about the Carter Cleaning company which is into the business of cleaning of garments wherein, the employees which are hired are for providing services to the customers who turn up in the store for submitting their clothes for cleaning, however, the company is growing and there are many challenges from the level of policies which the company has not made yet, these benefits are taken up by the employees, as they dont have any policies to adhere in the company.

Talking about the policies is not only for adhering, there are no policies in the list all of them are level zero, the policies which the company doesnot have is from any point of time, that is they dont have any recruitment policy, wherein which type of candidate is required, how polish should be, how should be the communication language and how the person should look like with the attire while talking to the cutomer, and how thecustomres should feel when the customer is in the store.

Now after the selection process, the customer should be greeted with happiness and they should feel comfortable while they are in your store, they should be given a warm welcome due to which the customer feels that the services given in the store is upto the mark and every person is very much helpful for providing the services, this will be very much helpful to provide the services to the customer which will make the customer engagement more and more visible.
