Concentration Absorbance 1.5 mg/ml 1.0 1.3 mg/ml 0.8 0.9 mg/ml 0.6 0.6 mg/ml 0.4 0.3 mg/ml 0.2 buffer only 0.0Explanation / Answer
I am renaming the table alphabehetically starting with a) to f).
a) being with concentration 1.5mg/ml and absorbance 1.0 and f) being buffer only with 0.0 absorbance
a) 1.5mg/ml concentrated protein has an absorbance of 1.0. So, absorbance of 0.52 would give protein concentration of
(0.52/1)* 1.5 = 0.78 mg/ml
b) (0.52/0.8)*1.3 = 0.845 mg/ml
c) (0.52/0.6)*0.9 = 0.78 mg/ml
d) (0.52/0.4)*0.6 = 0.78 mg/ml
e) (0.52/0.2)*0.3 = 0.78 mg/ml
f) buffer 0
