Dear Mr. President

U.S.A., Whitehouse

As a patriotic and concerned citizen of this country, I would request your time to have a look at my below thoughts and proposal.

Having a deepest regard for the military of our country, I believe we can inculcate more professional and behavioral culture in our Army, while imparting them the practices of learning organization. Some of the components or learning which could be the part of learning organization would be as below-

System’s thinking - The basic notion, which I refer from system’s thinking, is that Military or any public agency should be divided into the multiple smaller components to understand the entire set up in a better perspective. For example, If Military is divided into smaller units such as Northern command or Southern command, then each of the units should have focused target which will ultimately strengthen the Military.

Mental Models- This learning more would be like mental conditioning where each and every member of military would be trained and honed to have strong mental skills, which will ultimately help them to take quick decisions during the crisis situation.

Organizational culture and leadership- Having a good organizational culture equipped with healthy atmosphere and identifying the best performers and honing them to have a leadership role in future would be the vital part of this learning organization.

Similarly having networked leadership and adaptive challenges would also figure out in this learning model.

I hope, if we try to build in the above traits in our Military, I am sure it will bring in a lot of benefits to our nation and Military alike.
