What is the probability the shipment won't be accepted
we take the first DVD
this can be defective or not
If less than 2 are defective he will accept the shipment
so if there are 2 or more it wont be accepted
so the first defective is 0.10 and the second defective is 0.10
so the probability of the shipment won't be accepted
0.10 * 0.10 = 0.01
