Solution :

From given data,

=> currently equation is : 30A + 90B = 15000 -----(1)

=> Stock A value goes up 50% = 30 + 15 = 45
Stock B doubles in value is = 90*2 = 180
  
=> value equation is : 45A + 180B = 27000 ------(2)

solve (1) and (2) equations , we get

=> A = 200 , B = 100

=> Sarah owns 200 shares of stock A and 100 shares of stock B.
