In this type of dynamic environment we cannot conceive that two person graduated from an institute can suit two different organizations because the working cultures are very different.
The solution for this type of problem which has been derived by various companies is that they have started in house training facilities and even have started certain academic course for their employees. Infosys runs management courses in their Bangluru campus for the employees who are engineers and seeking a career in the middle or top level management of the organization. Here I would like to pint one thing is that these training institutes are not just short term training programmes given to the employees rather these are full fledged academic course taught to employees but in a customized manner. The biggest advantage of this system to various companies is that the employees will specially be trained for the goals of the corporations and the employees will be more focused towards the growth prospects of the organization.
