10.A logical design is a conceptual design which is abstract in nature. Physical details are not considered in a logical design instead a logical design defines the type of information that is required. A logical design thus used to arrange data into logical series called entities and attributes. Example fucntions and features of a system are considered in logical design. A physical design is the plan for the actual implementation of the system. This is developed during the SDLC of the information systems. The physical design is based on the logical design of the SDLC.
