packing=1/27*100=3.70% =3*500000/1850000=.81%

The casting departement has the most number of injuries amongest all the departments. The total percentage is 48.14% of the total injuries.The grinding department has the most severity rate as compared to the other department,it has a severity rate of .97% which is the higest amongest all the departments.

The grinding department should be tackled first as the number of hours lost will cost the most to the firm so to reduce the loss the grinding department should be handeled first.
