Being perceived as a transformational leader by others, would be a goal. To an observation regarding the theory itself "concerned with emotions, values, ethics, standards, and long term goals"; …is it more or less often the case we embrace leaders who appear concerned with emotions, values, ethics, standards, and long term goals or is it the case we simply would like to work for someone who exhibited these characteristics but maintained a "stiff upper lip" all the time; …someone who has remained the "classic archetype" of leadership? How has the latter observation: "assessing followers’ motives, satisfying their needs, and treating them as full human begins” been articulated practically speaking, in your experience? Has this been more or less common over the course of your experience? What benefits or challenges have either a presence or lack of transformational leaders in your experiential profile created?

Transformational leader has the capability that they possess the following traits such as Idealized influence, Inspirational motivation, Intellectual simulation, Individual consideration and many more. Being perceived as the transformational leader by others one should have to gain the above-mentioned traits. Perception of others comes when the leader is actually performing or is able to do the transformational changes. The transformational changes actually combine the emotions, values, ethics, standards, and long-term goals in a single objective or target point. They work continuously on it.
It is the case that the leaders who appear concerned with emotions, values, ethics, standards, and long term goals not the simply would like to work for someone who exhibited these characteristics but maintained a "stiff upper lip" all the time.
This leadership has the more eyes on their work not the final results as the results may vary. They actually remained the "classic archetype" of leadership.
The latter observation such as "assessing followers’ motives, satisfying their needs, and treating them as full human begins” been articulated practically speaking, in my experience is that the leader who has the quality of Transformational type has always knowledge about his motivator. They follow from the long time for getting the traits or quality from them. They make them as a mentor between him and career. Actually, it is an interlinking chain which satisfies their needs and treating them as a most superior from other as the full human being. When one has this type of enthusiasm then only he get into the situation and perform better than others.
This is more common during my course of experience. The benefits presence of transformational leaders in my experimental profile created are the profile would be unique than others, always creative in their thoughts, impact more individuals, spread positive vibes etc. The challenges on lack of transformational leaders in my experiential profile created is uncertainty and security of job done in terms of results, working environmental changes etc.
