Answer to part a)
Random selection of 275 students from university
Steps:
Firstly we need to make sure that some how the entire population that is there is the university gets collected at a common place
This helps ensure that the population is complete
Ensure that students of all streams , and all different years, and gender are made to mark their presence
Only then a random sample can be drawn in complete sense that represents the population in true sense

Answer to part b)
Step first: decide upon the entire population
Step Second: divide the population into two categories: light and heavy users of beer
Step Third: select 50 from each group and form a a total sample of 100

Answer to part c)
This sample can be formed by observing on the data of twitter users
Firstly get the data of a month
Take a note of frequency of daily usage
Keep a count of the number of regular users
And then the parameter can be defined as the proportions of regular users
