In no Confederate case, percentage of people using stairs

= 6 / (6 + 13) = 6 / 19 = 0.3158. (Ans).

In Complaint case, percentage of people using stairs

= 17 / (17 + 2) = 17/19 = 0.8947. (Ans).

In non-complaint case, percentage of people using stairs

= 5 / (5 + 14) = 5 / 19 = 0.2632. (Ans).
