Here we see that the level of significance for the F test is given to be 0.013 < 0.05, therefore at the 5% level of significance, we have sufficient evidence here that at least one of the slope coefficient is not equal to 0.
Now if we look at the individual variables significance, we see that p-values for the t test, are significant for 2 of the independent variables Employee Absences and Monthly Salary and therefore these 2 variables are significant, rest 2 are insignificant.
Therefore Employee Absences and Monthly Salary are significant here but the other two independent variables are insignificant.
