a) Regression Equation is

Consumer Reports Rating = 58.93-2.56*Sugars

b) 95% Interval

(-2.56-9.204, -2.56+9.204)

= (-11.764, 6.644)

c) For sugars T test Statistc is -9.98, the p value will be

P value = P(t<-9.98)+P(t>9.98) = 0.000

So,Yes there is significant relationship between them.
