b.We will use the t test for unequal variance for the given test. Here equal varaince are not assumed here.

c. Here the t test for two population mean with unequal variances are signiicant in nature as p - value of the test is less than 0.000 and the confidence interval between mean difference doesn't consist the value of zero.so We can say that mile per gallon for Sedan is different than SUV.
