Ans. Christian health administrator can effectively use Hall of Mirrors concept for organisational effectiveness. Hall of mirror concept is when a person is put in put in a hall of mirrors of of different shapes, design, characteristics, he is able to see different kind of images of himself. A concave mirror would show a different image from conves mirror. Each mirror will show a different image of the person sitting in the room/ hall. Similarly in real life we form an opinion about ourself and percieve that people who are directly coming in contact with us will also percieve us the same way as we think. However, just as the different mirrors show us different images of ourself, people in real life too also form different images and opinions about ourself.

Christian health administror can use this concept with the employess to get more effective professional outcomes. There may be people in the organisation who may be low on self esteem and may be thinking harbouring negative feelings about themselves. By using Hall of Mirror concept they may get positive feedback from their colleauges on some positive traits they may be possessing of which they are not even aware about.
