a) As per frequency table most of students educational aspiration would be Professional Masters (M.B.A,MFA, Mengg) and this category will be significant as per p value in regression Output.
b)There are two Regression output due to system coding variable and manual dummy coding. There is no Changes in the output of Age vs.Hrs. ,Opportunity Vs.Hrs. and Equality vs.Hrs.
If you consider Age Vs.Hrs. there is small changes in age and number of hours worked per week increase by 0.63 (+ve).
If you consider Edu_Opp Vs.Hrs. whether you choose No or Yes in opportunity number of hours will increase by 1.64 (+ve)
If you consider Equality Vs.Hrs.whether you choose Yes or No
Number of hours will decrease by -4.71x. (-ve).
As per the regression Output if you have opt for profession education there is high chance of work effort it means if you choose 2 your number of hours will increase by 6.334 (+ve) but if you choose 1 it will in go same amount in negative direction.

d) I will go with number 3 is my reference category because it covers very less students.
