On November 1 2010 Ralph was driving hic car when he bacame distracted by two people arguing on the sidewalk This distraction resulted in ralph running a stop light and striking a large tanker truck in the intersection casuing a large explosion. The explosion killed Jim, the truck driver , Jose and Lou the two arguing on the sidewalk and caused John, a window washer to fall to his death from his scaffold 6 blocks away. Discuss fully any and all possible libility which may be found of Ralph to Jim, Jose, Loe and John.

In this case Ralph was driving the car and he was distracted by the two people argument. This distraction leads to the death many of the people. Whether the people were dead due to the explosion but the accident was caused by the negligence of the Ralph so that he would be liable for Jim, Jose, Loe and John. While a person driving the car he should be distracted to any of the situation which was being happen around him.

Firstly, a case should be filed in the court against the Ralph regarding his negligent driving and later some legal proceedings should be carried out according to the justice given by the court. Ralph should pay some compensation to the families of Jim, John, Jose and Loe. He also damaged the truck so that he should pay some amount to the truck owner. It was important to claim the insurance policies if any. He should be liable to those families and should follow each and every rule which was being passed by the court. Sometimes there was a chance of prison because indirectly he killed about 6 members.
