After receiving a medical report request, the treating doctor, Helen Jarvis, writes to say she treated the worker in the past for an old injury sustained in a car accident and confirms the injury is not work related. In addition, the investigation report provides evidence the worker has lodged a claim in response to her recent disciplinary action and confirms the worker has told other employees she is not injured at all.

1) In this perticular case, Sharon Turner is claiming for an injury which he says that is realated to work, but after the reports received from doctor Helen Jarvis, another information came into light that Sharon Turner's injuries that doctor Helen Jarvis treated were rom an old car accident and not related to work at all. So in tis case the business is not liable not pay any amount against the claim of Sharon Turner.

Normally an agent can just think that it might be a simple missunderstanding and inform the case to the person claiming for money but this case is diffrent. It seems that Sharon Turner in his full conscious tried to con the business because of two reasons. First reason is that the injury from car accident is old and second that Sharon Turner told other workers that she is not injured at all. Therefore It calls for a some action and see Sharon Turner as a criminal, and a team should be formed to look in this matter and if necessory legal help should be taken.
