PLANNING

Planning is an essential part of the process group as it helps formulate the growth journey by identifying various pros and cons. It helps develop a definite path through which the team would get benefitted. In this process, the objectives and scope are identified with, the tasks are assigned, milestones are apportioned and budgetary resources allocated for each step.
