I am trying to make a numerical simulation for the problem discussed below.

Assume I have four agents each one is looking for a prticular set of information for example agent1 reports (i1) and so on to a cetnralized point that collect these info from all agents to find useful information that can be used to, for examle, take an action. The centralized point should evaluate the received information (from all agents ) at each time (t). I am trying to make this issue general so it can be applied to multiple applications.

I want to get some equations that represent the idea and allow me to compare when all agents report their finding with when only one agent reports its finding

Since the four agents are looking for some particular set of information, this set will be { i1, i2, i3, i4} where in is the information which the four agent collect and transmit it to the centraliser, where n = 1, 2, 3, 4. So, to form an equation, we see the situation in which the information from different sources being transmitted to a single source where all these sources are being collected as an input and after the transmission of the information, some action can be taken as an output. Let us consider some sources of the information which we call as input source and the collector of all the information is called the output source,

let s1, s2, s3. s4 are the input sources and S0 is the output source, therefore, we can say that

s1 + s2 + s3 + s4 = S0, in terms of information this equation will be given by

d(i1)/dt + d(i2)/dt + d(i3)/dt + d(i4)/dt = d(I0)/dt. These equations can give some idea for further simulation.
