The sample size for the survey can be calculated by the formula:

[(Zalpha/2xstandard deviation)/margin error]2

from the given questions we have the following values:

Zalpha/2 =1.96

standard deviation = 3367

Margin error = 0.20

Thus, the estimated sample size is = 1088775612

So, there are 5 nordic countries and if we decide to take equal number of individuals from each country then we should take a sample of about 217755122 from each country.
