Individualism: each individual is acting on his or her own,making their own choices and to the extent they interact with the rest of the group.it is as individuals. Individual is a separate entity making his own choices, thinking his own thoughts and responsible for his own choices. Objectivism support individualism
Collectivism: is the second way and it views the group as the primary entity with the individuals lost along the way. Collectivism views in some other way. It sees the group as the important element and individuals are just members of the group.the group has its own values . The group thinks its own thoughts.Collectivism might sound strange at first.
Masculinity: using the word tough. The masculinity side of this dimension represents a preference in society for achievement , heroism , assertiveness and materials reward for success.society iat large is more competitive.
Femininity: when we define femininity the word tender makes good sense & other way is process orientation and consensus. It's stands fora preference for cooperation, modesty, caring for the weak and quality of life. Society at large is more consensus oriented.

Huawei is also planning to unveil a folding phone with 5G support in the later part of 2019
