weighted mean = 65*0.15+83*.15+80*.15+90*.15+92*.4 = 84.5

2)

The given data is 2 SD from the mean, so plug in k=2 in 1-1/k² to obtain

1- 1/2² = 1 -1/4 = 3/4 = 75%

So, at least 75%
