Google team of 30,000 employees believes in the free exchange of ideas among employees and continuous innovation. They have created many ways to encourage employees from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and ideas to share their thoughts through many methods and channels of expression. They have a broad vision to organize world’s information and have set a target for 300 years, they have a long-term planning and encourage all team members to innovate and come up with new ideas. Every technical employee has to spend 20% of his time on the new project. Google with its excellence in IT and business architecture, finds ways to improvise, experiment, encourage experimentation, product development, and innovation.
