At times this may be necessary, but more times than not it is just easier not dealing with people face-to-face; or is it? We use email, texting, and social media for just about everything in our lives but when communicating in a negotiation framework there are times when this works well; but there are other times when it does not. (Reference Lesson 14) Using examples from your personal and professional experiences discuss in detail when this may have occurred to you or someone you know. Explain what should have been done differently, and why Discuss the thought process that led to which media venue you used. Technology the big world for the old genration and simple word for the present genration.Where everyone in this world are addicted for technology in order to meet their regular activities.Technology plays a major role in making human life easier than anything.There is no proper eye to eye contact conversation and everything is shared in social media to express feelings and emotions.Cannot express what is happening in the present world of human life as everything is covered with technology and everything is discused and updated in social networking sites in order to express their regular activities.Human life is completely filled with techinology and social media.

Once upon a time tpime where there is no technology to communicate with each other,no tecnhnology to update their emotions and no technology to bring all the personal stuff into media.That was the best part of life that lived by our older generation.Human values and moral respect was there and exchanged love and emotion with each other.They use to discuss by sitiing together and all the problems and concerns are shared with family and friends.The mutual understanding was very good.I can say that was the golden period where people lived happily by sharing their thoughts and llideas whith each other and omplemmented in the same way.The kind of food and entertainment was available at that era was awesome.They know the only media which is paper and having only one channel where everyone gathered at one place and enjoyed what ever the show it is.That why it was called as old is gold.Communication was only throgh person to person and letters were exchanged and if in emergency telegram was used to communicate.

In present generation,people are getting confused where to share their thoughts,ideas and emotions that many social networking sited are available to communicate and pass information.The information technology has increased in such a way that there is no proper security to the personal and professional data.

What I observed and experienced in this generation(even I belong to the same generation) is proper communication and how to communicate the information is missing.Even though its get together people are busy with updating their status and communicating through social medias even though there are sitting beside to us.When I go outside to play some games everyone is ready with their mobiles to play online games.No proper eye to eye contact conversation even that is missing in the family where everyone was available in home but will not communicate with each other because everyone is busy in updating their current status in social media.I support technology but it should be limited to work and used in development of country or state not in the family and freinds.Human life is completely going in a different way,everyone in this world is completely involved in media and technology.As per my experience with the technology was very bad,no one is available to speak no one is available to share my emotions no one least bother about people surround them.That much involvement in media is a dangerous sign according to me.As it took time to pass the information in olden days but now irrespective of what information it is it is spreading like anything.Every personal life will become social now,If something happens lets share in social media,If someone did something lets share in the media,Instead of responding to the issue started sharing the news in the media to get comments and likes.That never going to solve the persons concern.

Even media forgot to follow the information and technology laws started sharing all the information without investigating the actual cause for the issue.Started debating on the base less issues.Laws should be made strict for media to telecast information to the public.Media should provide the information that should help and give kind of knowledge where people can think and respond on it.Media should investigate the issue when it conforms this is needs to reach to the people than it should telecast.Even jornalism become worse in present generation.Everything is for business no one cares about ethics and responsibilities.Media is the powerfull compare to all the mediums so media plays a vital role in peoples life what ever they want to tell diretly it reach to the people.So media should feel responsible in followin the jorunalism rules.Anything which is extended more than it should be is a harmfull to the society.So use the technology and media that helps in bringing people and developing its people and country,not the distance between people and technology.
