Project Name: Project Sisyphus for the University of Gondor

Introduction: Due to a new state contract IT department of the University of Gondor will be replacing all printers, scanners, multi-function printing devices and projectors across the campus. The objective of the project is to achieve this within 60 days with minimum business disruption.

Scope Statement: All printers, scanners, multi-function printing devices and projectors within the five buildings in the campus of the university of Gondor to be replaced. This excludes the shared facility and research center with University of Mordor which is exempt from this project.

Work Breakdown Structure:

There will be Four phases of Project Sisyphus. Each stage will be mapped to each of the device types that are in the scope of the project.
