Here, we have to use the one way analysis of the variances or ANOVA test for examining the differences among the asking for help subscale scores based on the factor number of online courses completed. The descriptive statistics and ANOVA table for this test by using SPSS is given as below:

There is no significant difference in the help subscale scores for the 3 to 7 online courses completed and 8 or more online course completed. All other differences in the help subscale scores are statistically significant.

Solution:
According to the ANOVA test for comparing the help subscale scores for the different number of online courses completed, we found the significant p-value as 0.001. so we reject the null hypothesis that there is no any significant differences in the help subscale scores based on the factor number of online courses completed. This means, there is sufficient evidence to conclude that there is a significant differences in the help subscale scores based on the factor number of online courses completed.
