1) Too small sample size. The owner made the claim by asking only 4 of his customers which would be wrong as he might have 100s of customers who might not like ice cream.

2) People may say yes they like it, but they might not actually have the money to buy it. Thus, owner's sale wont increase even if these people like the ice cream.

3) People may also like other flavours more than chocolate. So, the owner should have asked the open ended question about their favorite flavor rather than just chocolate.
