TS =5.46/0.21= 26

t-critical for alpha = 0.05

is 1.645   

since TS > t-critical ,we reject the null , hence it is significant

b) yes ,men earn more ,as coefficient of Female is negative

by 2.64 units

TS = -2.64 /0.2 = -13.2

t-critical = 1.96

since |TS| > t-critical

we reject the null , hence it is significant
