If the correlation of these variables is >= 0.60 then there is high correlation between these two variables .

  If the correlation of these variables is < 0.60 then there is slight correlation between these two variables .

  If the correlation of these variables is =1 then there is perfect positive correlation .

2) To " adjust " means to manipulate in a variable if there are any corrections or error in the variable then only we need to adjust any variable .
