1.Global product form and why your company might adopt this form :
When an organisation is a group of company and product line of which is unrelated ie. when an organisation is a set of unrelated business with a General Manager assigned for each business then holding design that is H form is used for organisation structure.
Holding company design is similar to product departmental ization. Each department handles different product. Co-ordination between department is during allocation of resources. But this design has produced week performance of the business and hence has been abandoned for other approaches.
2.Market indicators are various economic factors associated with the country like GDP, inflation, interest rate and currency rate. Fluctuation in interest rate can influence performance of business as interest rates determines the flow of money into the business.
3. Additional complexity can be due to new legal framework associated with the country may influence major decisions of the organisation to establish itself in a different country. Political factors, environmental factors, and cultural factor play major role in deciding the success of organisation in new country .
4. The person who wants to develop his Global leadership skills can pursue certification course of management in international business specialisation. So that he can get the gist of international market and its impact on business. And how cultural differences has to be taken into account while establishing a business in new country.
