What was the research question?
What is the similarity between the traditional methodology and the SOR produced by the proposed method? Do the new system has an advantage over the traditional system? Can it be upgraded based on the expert’s opinion that relates to the global aspects of health care delivery?

What was the experimental design and use of control group?
A Delphi technique is employed by a multi-disciplinary panel in order to develop ten recommendations that relate to the role of exercise in the management of OA of the knee or hip. The evidence of each recommendation was assessed using relevant literature. Based on the research evidence, the result was recorded on a 10 cm VAS. The recommendation were grouped, and the mean VAS calculated with a 95% confidence interval. Variance analysis using the one-way ANOVA was conducted

To ensure that a research is conducted appropriately, and the correct outcome realized,the measurement instruments must be reliable and valid (Burns & Grove, 2010). The content used to conduct the research be appropriate enough to produce the desired outcomes. To ensure that that the measurement were correct they were assessed using relevant literature.
According to John and Benet-Martínez (2012), for research to be successful and deliver the objectives, the instruments employed must be reliable and valid. Measurement of instrument reliability is vital. The instruments of measurement proved to be reliable since the measurement of mean VAS score for the SOR groups showed linearity with the one-way ANOVA analysis.

Quantitative data is used in the research. The recommendations were grouped in accordance to the traditional SOR and mean VAS calculated. Quantitative data is important in this type of research since it can be analysed easily and come up with conclusive solutions that are valid and reliable,
