I came across one of the companies that is making innovative solutions in the robotics division. The company is "The Hi-Tech Robotic Systemz Ltd." from India.

They started with the idea of making all different kind of driverless vehicles and enabling smart lives with the robots. Initially, their robots were for the defence purpose like the mobile robotic platforms with manipulator arms, automated bomb diffusal platforms, surveillance robots, motion platforms etc.

Yes, the culture is very open and challenging work environment. They are more casual in their approach and people are there from all domains and cultural values. The culture promotes diversity.

Work is the most important trait. If you are doing your work perfectly, it will be a good practice and the organization will always value your commitment. Yes, you should always avoid foul practices, unethical work means etc.
