Explanation- Firstly, I would apologize and take responsibility for the error. I would accept my error since it was my sole responsibility to ensure that the presentation was without any flaws. I will take accountability to what I do. Secondly, I would proactively provide solutions for correcting the error. Finally and the foremost important thing that I would do is to give assurance to the client that the error will not be repeated.
