As a responsible Hospital administrator protecting frontline workers in a hospital becomes very challenging job. Specially nurses who are exposed to infectious diseases, blood borne pathogens, chemical exposure and workplace injuries became serious concern. So as administrator following measures can be taken for avoiding such incidences:
