As part of annual survey, you conducted survey using standard questionnaire on 1000 Emirati employees from across different functions and management levels to find out organizational health on the parameters namely employees perception of Organizational culture, Compensation & Benefits, Job Satisfaction and Employee Turnover Intensions. After data collection and statistical analysis, you have the following three Results Tables. You have to "interpret the results and also to find out organizational implications implications from the results for each of the following three result tables" and present it to the CEO of your organization.

So we are give a correlation matrix between different variables and we know that a positive correlation signifies increase in one variable when the other increases while a negative correlation signifies decrease in one variable as the other increases.

Given the above information we will try to interpret the results--

1. since comensation benifits and job satisfaction are positively correlated with organisational culture we can assume that they are more likely to increase as organisatonal culture increases,

2. since employee turnover is negatively correlated with organisational culture we can assume that it is more likely to decrease as organisatonal culture increases,

3. we can extend this idea over all variables
