b) Joeel scored on the mean

c) Jan and Susan scored below the mean

d) z = (X - mean)/standard deviation

So, X = Z x standard deviation + mean

So, the finals scores are

Robert = 1.1x20 + 150 = 172

Juan = 1.7x20 + 150 = 184

Susan = -2x20 + 150 = 110

Joel = 150

Jan = -0.8x20 + 150 = 134

Linda = 1.6x20+ 150 = 182
