H0: There is no effect of political consultant in election

H1: There is an effect of political consultant in election

b)

Dependent variable: No of votes

Independent variable: Money, Quality and partition base

Independent control variable: Consultant type

c)

Yeah!! As per your last image in the question, every variable are significant. Take a look at asterisk*** it denotes that 99.99% confident level. Meanwhile in independent control variable, saying that there is no significant influence for General and fundraising like the political consultant in an election. And more interestingly, as per the data if you have polling consultant then he/she adding more value to your party.

d)

Very much easy to interpret, B / S.E give t-statistic value, If t statistic is greater than t critical value then reject the null hypothesis.

In this case, we don't have to that much, p-value in the table made it easy to interpret. So except education system, others have good relation with the dependent variable. Also, the equation explains 65% (refer R2 value), this is a decently good figured equation to predict the dependent variable.
