What is the decision and result based on the given information? Do Missouri Valley College students prefer to study at the library or in their own room? Data College students use their own study habits that get them ready for an exam, finishing homework, or just studying ahead for a class. I am a student at Missouri Valley College so I used sample of 30 Missouri Valley students (15 guys, 15 girls) aged 18-25. I asked each student face to face separated from other students so that they are not influenced in any way. I asked the student if he/she would rather study in their room or in the library. Then marked down the data which I'll be set for research from there.

At 5% level of significance right tailed critical Z=1.645

As calculate Z=1.699127>1.645, we reject the null hypothesis and conclude that Missouri valley college students prefer to study on their own room and this percentage is greater than 70%
